Fix file paths for AlwaysData deployment

- Move application files to public/ directory for AlwaysData web root
- Fix vendor autoload path: ../../../vendor/autoload.php
- Fix config path: ../config/config.php
- Update WebAuthn RP_ID to dw.nothing2do.fr
- Disable error display in production
